You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. User Content

By uploading photos or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scan Girl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
